Known for her refined eye, technical expertise, and personalized approach, Missi specializes in creating beautiful, intentional hair that enhances each client’s natural style and confidence. As the founder of MaxCharles Hair Studio and Boss Hair Society, and through her work educating stylists across the country, Missi has built a career rooted in artistry, connection, and mentorship. At LaRose Hair Boutique, she offers an intimate, one-on-one salon experience where every service is thoughtfully customized and every client leaves feeling elevated, understood, and beautifully themselves.

With over 20 years behind the chair and a career that has taken her across the country, Missi LaRose is passionate about helping stylists grow both creatively and professionally. As a national educator, stage artist, and color education leader for major professional color companies, she has taught advanced techniques and business strategy to stylists and salon teams nationwide. Coming soon, Missi will be offering custom online education for both individual stylists and salon owners, including personalized one-on-one sessions and group classes focused on modern technique, client experience, and the business strategies needed to build a thriving career behind the chair.
